Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return on COD only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ceo.nexaleather@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Return Process

1. Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons:
a) Damaged product
b) Manufacturing defect
c) Incorrect product.

The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. Cancellation cannot be made once the order is placed.

2. Check your order tracking page, it looks likes the image below where you will find a button for "Return request" below Delivered text as shown below.

3. It may ask you OTP sent on your phone number to verify your identity. Then you will need to select a reason for return and upload images of the product received. (Note: No order will be returned without image attachment).

4. Finally submit with comments stating the reason for return.

5. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 working days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.

Points to remember –  Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.  Product should be unused and in the original condition

 All pictures of the products shown on our website are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary at times due to color enhancement on your personal computer, laptops or even mobile phones. Color assistance we offer on our website or either by e-mail messages are NOT guaranteed to be the same as the shown image color, because there is always a possibility or slight difference in terms of brightness due to photography)


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
